Belt and Road Scholarship ဆိုတာ ဟောင်ကောင်အစိုးအရကနေ မြန်မာအပါအဝင် Belt and Road နိုင်ငံတွေမှ ပညာလိုတဲ့ကျောင်းသားလူငယ်တွေကို ပေးအပ်ချီးမြှင့်တဲ့ စကော်လားရှစ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Belt and Road Scholarship ရရင် အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ ဟောင်ကောင် အစိုးရပိုင်တက္ကသိုလ်တွေမှာ ကျူရှင်လခကင်းလွတ်ခွင့်နဲ့ တက်ရောက်နိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကျူရှင်လခအပြည့် (သို့) တစ်ဝက် ထောက်ပံ့ပေးပြီး စကော်လာရှစ်ရတဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်နဲ့ အရည်အချင်းအပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး နေထိုင်စားသောက်စရိတ်၊ သွားလာစရိတ်နဲ့ ကျန်းမာရေးထောက်ပံ့ကြေးတို့ကိုပါ အပြည့်အ၀ ပေးအပ်ချီးမြှင့်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

ဒီစကော်လာရှစ်အတွက် အရေးကြီးဆုံးက HKU မှာ ကိုယ်လျှောက်ချင်တဲ့ ဘာသာရပ်အတွက် ဝင်ခွင့်ရဖို့ပါ။ ကျောင်းဘက်ကနေ ဝင်ခွင့်ရပြီဆိုရင် Scholarship အတွက် အလိုလို အကျုံးဝင်ပြီးသားဖြစ်မှာပါ။ ဟောင်ကောင်မှာ ပညာသင်ဆုနဲ့ Bachelor Degree ရရှိလိုတယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ လင့်ခ်ကနေတဆင့် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ (၃၁) ရက်နေ့ နောက်ဆုံးထားပြီး လျှောက်ထားလို့ရပါတယ်။
