Founded in 2014, The Golden Lotus Healthcare Training Academy, originally known as Lotus Eldercare Academy (Myanmar) provides intensive competency-based specialized eldercare courses to update and sharpen the skills of caregivers caring for dependent older adults. Being a member of Myanmar Private TVET Association (MPTA), the academy is contributing its technical and vocational education for youths in order to promote employability in care services.
